DP-42xx Series – Disc Publishers & Printers

The Primera DP-4200 Series disc publishers automate the entire process of burning and printing on recordable CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray Discs. An integrated robotic arm reliably transports the media to the built-in burners.

Once the data has been burned, the same robotic arm automatically loads the discs into the printer tray, where they are printed in full color and professional quality using a high-speed printing engine.

The DP-4200 Series enables fast, efficient, and unattended production of large disc volumes, making it ideal for anyone who regularly requires high-quality media.

“Bin Selection” Option – Flexible Media Selection

With the “Bin Selection” option in PTPublisher, different media types (CD, DVD, BD-R) can be defined for each disc tray individually.

This feature is available for all disc publishers that are KIOSK mode compatible and have the Kiosk Kit installed.
(Not available for DP-4052.)

Simply set the desired disc type per tray in your burn job (e.g., CD on the left – DVD on the right), load the trays accordingly, and the robotic system automatically picks the correct media.
